How do I sign up?+

Bricktelligence is open. Sign up free at app.bricktelligence.com/signup, or download the iOS app from the App Store and create an account from there. Both share the same data.

Is there an Android app?+

Bricktelligence is live on web and iOS today. An Android build is in development; email info@bricktelligence.com with the subject 'Android beta' to be added to the testers list when it opens.

Can I use social login (Google/Apple)?+

Yes. Continue with Google or Apple from the sign-up screen on web or iOS. Your account is created on first sign-in — no extra steps.

How does Capture work?+

Open the Bricktelligence iOS app, point your camera at your LEGO boxes, and tap scan. The Brickarchivist reads the set number from the side panel of each box and identifies the set. The matches land in your Vault. Works best with good lighting and the side panel visible.

What data does Bricktelligence store?+

Your collection data (sets, statuses, bag events, notes, photos), your email, and your subscription status. We never see your payment details — those go through Stripe. Full details in our Privacy Policy.

How do I cancel my subscription?+

Go to Account → Subscription in the app or web dashboard. Click 'Manage subscription' — this opens Stripe's customer portal where you can cancel. You keep Builder access until the end of your billing period.

How do I delete my account?+

Fastest path is in-app: Account → Settings → Delete account. If you can't sign in, request deletion at bricktelligence.com/delete-account or email info@bricktelligence.com. All data is permanently removed within 30 days.

Capture didn't recognize my set — what should I do?+

Try again with better lighting and make sure the side panel of the box (the colored stripe with the set number) is visible. If it still fails, use 'Enter set number manually' — type the 4-6 digit number from the box.
